Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Notice for
1. Notice of Infringement
If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, or your intellectual property rights have been otherwise violated, please provide us with the following information:

- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
2. Counter-Notice
If you believe that your content has been removed in error, you may send us a counter-notice. To be effective, a counter-notice must include the following information:
- Your physical or electronic signature;
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled;
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification; and
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in [Your Jurisdiction], and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification of the alleged infringement.

4. Repeat Infringers
We reserve the right to terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
5. Filing a DMCA Counter-Notice
Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification may be subject to liability.
